M/S LexCall is a premium legal-technology platform that connects individuals, families and businesses with verified, independent legal professionals across India. We provide technology, secure infrastructure, search and discovery tools, scheduling and coordination, and document-handling support so users can identify, evaluate and connect with legal professionals who meet their needs. LexCall is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as a substitute for independent legal counsel. All legal advice, representation and professional services are provided exclusively by the Independent Legal Professionals listed on the platform, who operate in their own professional capacity.
Each Independent Legal Professional who lists on LexCall undergoes a document-based verification process that may include identity verification, academic qualification checks, and confirmation of Bar Council enrollment, together with a required self-declaration. While this verification helps maintain a trusted environment, LexCall does not itself investigate or guarantee the continued eligibility, conduct or professional standing of any legal professional. Clients remain free and encouraged to perform their own checks and to satisfy themselves regarding a professional’s suitability.
Payments for professional legal services are made directly to the Independent Legal Professional or their associated entity. LexCall charges a separate platform fee for access to the platform, for coordination and for technology services; platform fees are determined by service category. In limited humanitarian circumstances such as matters involving domestic violence or offences against children, Independent Legal Professionals may, at their sole discretion, provide pro bono assistance; such assistance is voluntary, not guaranteed, and is provided without charge to the client or to LexCall.
LexCall stores documents uploaded to the platform on secure servers and may use authorized third-party service providers for processing or storage. We are committed to protecting user privacy and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with applicable law. LexCall’s mission is to responsibly bridge users and qualified legal professionals through a secure, ethical and user-centric platform.
