Refund & Cancellation Policy

M/S LexCall charges platform fees for access to and coordination of services on the platform. Platform fees cover technology usage, matching and administrative support and are payable to LexCall in the manner set out at checkout. Platform fees are non-refundable once LexCall has established a connection as defined in these Terms, which occurs when LexCall shares the Independent Legal Professional’s contact details with the user or facilitates an initial direct communication between the parties. If LexCall is unable to establish a connection due to technical failure or platform error within a reasonable timeframe and does not provide an alternative connection within a stated period, a refund of the platform fee may be issued at LexCall’s discretion upon receipt of a written request.

Professional legal fees are invoiced and collected directly by the Independent Legal Professional or their associated entity and are not handled by LexCall. Requests for refunds or adjustments of professional fees must be pursued with the Independent Legal Professional in accordance with that professional’s billing and refund practices. LexCall is not responsible for resolving disputes regarding professional fees between users and professionals, though LexCall may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication between the parties.

In matters where Independent Legal Professionals voluntarily elect to provide pro bono assistance, no platform fee or professional fee will be charged to the client or the professional. Pro bono engagements are provided at the sole discretion of the Independent Legal Professional and are not guaranteed or arranged by LexCall.

Refunds, when authorized by LexCall, will be issued to the original payer through the original payment method within a reasonable period and subject to any applicable processing charges imposed by payment processors, which may be deducted from the refundable amount.
