These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LexCall platform and services. Please read them carefully. By using LexCall you agree to these Terms.
M/S LexCall operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and Independent Legal Professionals. LexCall is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a lawyer–client relationship between LexCall and any user. Any engagement for legal advice, representation or services is a separate contract directly between a user and the Independent Legal Professional engaged by the user. LexCall does not supervise, control or assume responsibility for the legal services provided by Independent Legal Professionals, nor does LexCall warrant or guarantee the results of any legal engagement.
Registration on the platform requires that users provide accurate, complete and current information. Individuals using the platform must be legally competent to enter contracts under applicable law. Independent Legal Professionals must provide true and accurate verification documents for identity, qualifications and Bar Council enrollment as part of LexCall’s verification process. LexCall’s verification is based on documents submitted and self-declarations provided; LexCall does not independently verify the authenticity or ongoing validity of such documents and disclaims any liability arising from misrepresentation by a professional.
LexCall charges a non-legal platform fee, determined by service category, for the technology and coordination services it provides. Platform fees are payable to LexCall in accordance with the pricing and payment flow presented on the platform. Professional fees for legal services are payable directly to the Independent Legal Professional or their associated entity, using the payment mechanism designated by the professional. LexCall may facilitate redirection to a professional’s payment gateway for the sole purpose of enabling payment to that professional; LexCall does not collect or receive professional fees on behalf of professionals. All platform fees paid to LexCall are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on the site.
After LexCall shares the contact details of an Independent Legal Professional or facilitates an initial connection, all further communications between the user and the professional are direct and occur outside LexCall’s control. Such communications may take place by phone, messaging applications (including WhatsApp), email, or other channels. LexCall is not a party to and does not monitor or record such communications and is not responsible for their content, confidentiality or outcome.
LexCall stores user documents and data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law. Users grant LexCall a limited license to host and process uploaded documents solely to provide platform services and to facilitate service delivery. LexCall may share uploaded documents with the Independent Legal Professional selected by the user or with authorized third-party service partners for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services.
LexCall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform, the conduct of any Independent Legal Professional, or any transaction between users and professionals, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LexCall, its officers, directors and affiliates from claims arising out of user’s use of the platform, user-generated content, or user’s engagement of a legal professional.
LexCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users or professionals who violate these Terms, for fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where LexCall reasonably believes continued access would expose LexCall to legal or regulatory risk. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts competent in India. LexCall may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to users as required by applicable law and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
